I started my journey at Programmers Force in 2023 as a Business Development Associate and right out of uni, it's been a rollercoaster but a very learning one. I had to unlearn and relearn a lot of things. The years were aggressive but what kept me going were the people around me. Today I'm leading a team of 10 outstanding individuals, and everyday is an adventure, a challenge that we ace. I learned how to balance the team, how to handle objections, and most importantly, how to persevere through rejection — aspects that are now deeply embedded in how I work and lead. Programmers Force has been much more than just a workplace. It's been a launchpad for personal and professional growth.

When I first joined the PF, I was a fresh graduate with high hopes and zero industry experience. I was given the incredible opportunity to start my career as a Product Analyst, a field I honestly knew very little about at the time.
The real turning point came just six months into my new role. I was offered the challenge of building and leading my own team. I embraced the challenge, but I only realized later that it was the leadership potential that the firm saw in me that got me there.
This single opportunity opened every door. Since then, my journey has been a whirlwind of growth. Programmers Force didn't just give me my first job; it gave me a path. It has been the platform that allowed me to polish my skills, build confidence, and grow from a new graduate into a product leader.

When I joined Programmers Force as an Associate, I was confident in writing code, but not yet experienced in building software that scales to real users, real pressure, and real production environments. I knew how things worked, but I was still learning why they should be built a certain way.
Over the last 5.5 years, I've worked as a developer across almost eight products, several of which I helped scale from scratch all the way to production. As my role evolved into a Senior Software Engineer, my responsibilities grew beyond just writing code. I began leading system architectures, often explaining concepts to myself before explaining to team members. PF has been more than just a workplace for me. It's been a demanding journey, sometimes exhausting, often intense, but always genuinely rewarding.

I have over three years of experience at Programmers Force, where I started as a Junior Mobile Application Developer and grew into the role of Module Lead. Along the way, I took on responsibilities beyond development, including team management and process leadership, which helped me hone key technical and professional skills.
Currently, I lead mobile development initiatives end-to-end, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions while continuously improving workflows and development practices.
Programmers Force has been instrumental to my growth, helping me build not only strong technical expertise but also leadership and strategic thinking skills.
