The Graduate Gateway Program is PF's flagship initiative for fresh graduates, an intensive, hands-on training program designed to bridge the gap between university and the real world of technology.
Each cohort brings in a fresh wave of graduates, trained hands-on inside PF's real AI ecosystem.
Fresh graduates who have gone through the program, learning, building, and launching their careers at PF.
Our Trainees go on to join PF full-time, across the massive PF ecosystem.

The Graduate Gateway Program is PF's answer to one of the biggest challenges in tech; the gap between graduating and being job-ready. Over three intensive months, selected graduates work alongside real PF teams, on real projects, in a real AI ecosystem.
This is not a classroom. This is not a bootcamp. This is the fastest, most direct path from fresh graduate to full-time tech professional, and it costs you absolutely nothing.

On-site
The program runs at the PF Head Quarters. Full attendance is required, this is an in-person, immersive experience.
Annual Cohorts

Merit-Based Selection
We carefully screen all applications. Selection is based on merit, only shortlisted candidates are contacted for the next stage.
Full-time Commitment Required
This is a full-time, on-site program. Trainees must be available for the complete 3-month duration with full attendance.
Program Completion Certificate
All graduates receive an official PF program completion certificate, regardless of whether they receive a full-time offer.
