Talent Has No Gender,
Neither Does Opportunity
At Programmers Force, we believe the best products come from the most diverse teams. Women are not an afterthought at PF, they are engineers, leaders, researchers, and decision-makers building what comes next.
Nearly half of PF's 1,000+ strong team are women
Women hold leadership roles across teams, departments, and companies within the PF ecosystem
Of every new hire joining PF, more than one in three is a woman
Women Who Lead at PF
Our commitment to women in technology does not stop at our campus walls. PF actively participates in and organizes events that celebrate, support, and advocate for women in the industry, from awareness campaigns to community gatherings.
I've been part of the Programmers Force family since the start of my career, and it has been the foundation of my professional growth. Working across different businesses and industries within the ecosystem has broadened my perspective and shown me that real innovation comes from solving meaningful problems, embracing change, and never stopping learning. What I've valued most is the trust to take ownership and the opportunity to grow alongside talented people. Looking back, I'm grateful to have been part of a culture that encourages curiosity, empowers its people, and continues to push the boundaries of technology and innovation.
Maimoona Majid
Growth & Strategy OperationsWhen I joined PF, it literally felt like so many pathways had opened up. I learned so much, changed departments, and there was so much opportunity within the company. The management was also very supportive. I joined as an HR Executive and was soon promoted to Head of People and Culture. I would highly recommend graduates join the company and add value while starting their careers. It is a great place to learn and grow professionally.
Tehniyat Daud
Head of People and Culture PF AlumniI joined PF's HR function when it was still just me and a spreadsheet, no formal onboarding process, no training structure, nothing that scaled past a handful of people. Everything from the ground up had to be built while the company was already growing fast around it. That's a strange position to be in, trying to design systems for a company that won't stay still long enough for you to finish designing them. But it also meant real ownership. I built the onboarding process, ran training programs, and put in place the basic HR infrastructure that let PF keep hiring without things falling apart. A lot of what I put in place then was still there, just more refined, by the time I left.
Farzeen Akram
Team Lead - HR PF AlumniProgrammers Force strengthened my leadership perspective by trusting me to drive strategic initiatives, build high-performing teams, and establish research-led design practices. What I admire most is its belief in recognizing talent over credentials and creating opportunities based on capability. The collaborative culture and continuous focus on learning made my journey both professionally fulfilling and personally rewarding. I am grateful to have been part of an organization that empowers people to grow and make a meaningful impact.
Khushboo Khan
Lead Product Designer PF AlumniI started my journey at PF as a Project Manager and later transitioned into Product Development. Now, I oversee both project execution and product development, collaborating with various teams for successful delivery. My technical knowledge, along with my project and product management experience, helps me align business needs with execution while driving efficient, high-quality results.
Nida Noor
Product ManagerWhen I joined PF, the content team didn't have a playbook yet, we were figuring out our own voice as we went, learning what worked by putting it in front of people and watching what landed. What I remember most isn't one project, it's the pace of learning. I went from writing technical copy to shaping how the company talked about itself, and that shift happened because PF let people take on more than their title suggested. The part I'm proudest of is knowing that some of that early groundwork, the tone, the structure, the way we approached content, is still part of how the wider ecosystem communicates. You don't always get to see your early work outlast you like that.
Abeera Javed
Head of Content Marketing PF AlumniMy time at Programmers Force came at a pivotal point in my career. Having built my foundation in sales management and business development across global markets, from the UAE to Singapore, I was looking for a place where I could apply that experience to real strategic impact, and that's exactly what I found here. The team's willingness to trust me with that responsibility, combined with the caliber of people I got to work alongside, pushed me to grow faster than I expected. PF isn't just a place to do a job, it's a place where your strategic thinking is valued and your growth is actively invested in.

We know that representation matters, at every level of the organization, not just entry level. That is why we track it, invest in it, and hold ourselves accountable to it.
